Aiden joined Egan’s in 2009, the business which is father Aiden Snr established in the 1980’s.

Prior to joining Egan’s, Aiden worked in the Development Land Division of Savills from 2005 – 2009 which was the largest Development Land Team in the Country.

Aiden is a professional member of the Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland and represents a number of clients on all ranges of property matters.

Honesty, integrity and professionalism are traits that Aiden instils into the team on a daily basis as these are our core values.

Clients that Aiden represents include Southside Developments, Lagan Homes, Ladbrokes (Ireland) Ltd etc.

John has been a valuable member of the Egans team since 2004, joining immediately after obtaining a BSc in Property Economics in DIT, Bolton Street.

John is a professional member of the Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland and oversees all the residential sales in Egan’s together with dealing with commercial agency and valuations.

John has handled a number of high-profile sales over the years and has handled as sole agent some New Homes schemes in Mullingar such as Cloon Lara and is extremely knowledgeable on all areas of the residential property market.

John is a keen sports man and has recently retired from his playing days with Raharney Hurling Club where he won numerous County titles and has recently been appointed as manager of the Raharney Senior Hurling team.

Niamh joined the Egan’s team in 2020 having spent several years working in the hospitality sector. Niamh commenced her

Career in Egans as Office Manager but has since moved forward to Property Manager where she deals with properties in our property management portfolio.

Niamh is currently obtaining her PSRA License through ATU Sligo on a part time basis and is an integral part of our team.

Aoife joined Egan’s in September 2023 as Office Administrator and is the first point of contact for all telephone / walk in enquiries.

Aoife’s customer service level skills are outstanding and she is a vital member of our team organising viewings, uploading properties, dealing with enquiries etc.
